A Day in the Life
You'll provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, handling reservations, and ensuring their needs are met. You'll also interact with staff to address client and pet concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and develop strong relationships.
- Answer calls, respond to voicemails and emails, and make boarding reservations.
- Manage cash, check, and credit card transactions, and reconcile reports.
- Get to know clients and their pets, and document all information accurately.
- Interact closely with staff to ensure client and pet needs are understood and addressed.
- Have general knowledge of services offered and provide solutions to clients' needs.
- Assist in managing waitlists and ensure rooms are utilized to maximum capacity.
- Act as liaison between veterinarian and customer/emergency contact.
