Position Overview
As a Member Experience Rep, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience by arranging non-emergency medical transportation. Each interaction matters to us, and you have the opportunity to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls and make outbound service calls, assess the customer's transportation needs, and assist appropriately
- Interact with clients, transportation providers, and other customers via phone and software applications (Data entry required)
- Deliver a simple customer experience with every interaction
- Trouble-shoot and problem solve situations that may be outside standard procedures
- Become a knowledge expert
