As a Member Experience Rep, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience by arranging non-emergency medical transportation. Each interaction matters to us, and you have the opportunity to make a positive impact.



Key Responsibilities


  • Receive inbound calls and make outbound service calls, assess the customer's transportation needs, and assist appropriately
  • Interact with clients, transportation providers, and other customers via phone and software applications (Data entry required)
  • Deliver a simple customer experience with every interaction
  • Trouble-shoot and problem solve situations that may be outside standard procedures
  • Become a knowledge expert
